  1.  These are my personal favorites for Doom sound changes

  3.   Included are the soundfiles:

  5.  IMPFBALL.VOC    sound of the fireball after fired (10)
  6.  GUN.VOC         sound for the pistol and chaingun. GREAT! (1)
  7.  ROCKET.VOC      sound when you launch your rocket (8)
  8.  EXPLOSIO.VOC    sound of the rockets impact and Barrel exploding (48,9,11)
  9.  GUN2.VOC        another sound for your handgun and chaingun (1)
  10.    
  11. The "locations" for these sounds according to dmaud are in parantheses above.

  13.    included also is the editor for DOOM version 1.0 and DOOM version 1.1 (DMAUD02.ZIP)

  15.      Also included is a batch file to play all the new sounds and
  16.       a batch file called nusounds.bat which backs up the original sounds
  17.       and puts in the new ones.
